What do I do when all my apps are crashing--including my app store: I pod touch Generation 4 IOS6

😕 I have no idea why all my apps are crashing including the app store on my fourth generation IOS6 I-pod touch. I tried downloading a new app really quickly from the app store before it crashes and even though it downloaded just fine, nothing is working and things got far worst than they were before. My I pod had that same issue last year IOS5.1.1 but the app store still never crashed. As I downloaded a new app, everything went back to normal. This time, nothing is working for me 😟 Any help?
